About the Event
If you'd like to sell your own gently used equipment at the swap, check in times are Thursday, Nov. 12th from 5-9pm and Friday, Nov. 13th from 10am-3pm. Come to the Exhibit Hall and we'll help you get set up!
*Please no equipment over 7 years old*
*NO SOFT GOODS THIS YEAR*
The swap will be open Friday, Nov. 13th from 5:30-9:00pm ($7 admission for anyone 14+. Cash and cards accepted at the door. 2.5% surcharge for cards) and Saturday, Nov. 14th from 10am-4pm (free admission).
You can pick up your consignment checks and/or any unsold equipment from 4:30-6:00pm on Saturday, Nov. 14th. There is a 25% consignment fee for any items sold at the swap.
There is a 2.5% surcharge for all card transactions. All cards accepted. No checks. Cash accepted!
